My application has a status of: Pending Payment and Documentation Verifications, what does this mean?

Your application has been received, with a unique application number assigned to it. It is now under review of the Ministry of Mining, and decisions about your application will be made shortly, in which you will receive a notification to your email address.

Are there any additional fees or documents required after my license has been granted?

This is dependent on the license; you may need to submit quarterly/monthly reports an pay an annual rental fee.

How would I know when to renew my license?

You will receive a renewal notification email, 1 month prior to when you license needs to be renewed. On your license summary page in the Portal, a renewal application link will be available for you to complete the process.
